Rotary Tables manufactured by Tanshing employ high precision dual worm gear and worm wheel assemblies, feature easy backlash adjustment, and maintain high precision even after long term use. High quality taper roller bearings ensure center of rotation remains very stable. A fully surrounded hydraulic table locking clamp locks the entire circumference of the indexing table in place to reduce stress and any table instability. The result is a high rigidity rotary table able to withstand the forces applied during heavy cutting. The solid, fully sealed structure of the rotary table is completely protected from chips, cutting fluid, and dirt entering the structure.

Each step specifies a number of degrees to move either clockwise or counterclockwise by rotary table, the feed rate for that move, and whether or not to pause after execution of that program step. In the division mode of rotary table, you can specify the number of divisions in which to divide one rotation of 360 degrees. For example, if you wish to index a clock gear with 36 teeth, you would enter ""36"". Then, every time you press the button, the rotary table will rotate 1/36th of a rotation. You can press to step backwards 1/36th of a rotation. The CNC rotary table automatically takes up backlash, and you can program the amount of backlash correction. A separate button is provided and to put the controller of rotary table in jog type. In the degrees mode of rotary table you can enter an explicit number of degrees to rotate.
