CNC Rotary Table Main Features
- Adoption of dual lead worm and one-body design bring the highest rigidity, transmission torque and anti-wearing features during machining.
- Thread of dual lead worm is designed from small to large pitch. This provides easy adjustment on the backlash between worm and worm gear. By shifting the worm longitudinally, the highest indexing accuracy is maintained on the work table.
- Wholly circular hydraulic locking system provides the highest clamping force from the side of the disk.
Manufacturing Procedure
TANSHING has strong background of best facilities and abilities in machining, 90% of the key components are manufactured by its own professional CNC Machining Center for milling of the machine parts, and the grinding machine for the manufacture of the screw.
