Research and Development

Through continuous research and development, we manufacture high quality rotary tables, index tables, tailstocks, and other machine tool accessories to a standard competitive with similar Japanese products.

TANSHING CNC Rotary tables are used and appreciated by customers throughout Taiwan and the world. Tanshing invented the first Dual Lead (Registered Patent No. 098511) design in Taiwan to adjust direction - the thread of the dual worm provides easy adjustment of backlash between the worm and worm gear.

Standard Features of Rotary Tables from Tanshing Accurate Industrial

Dual lead worm and single body design ensure the highest rigidity, transmission torque, and anti-wear.
Dual lead worm thread is designed with a small to large pitch. This provides very easy backlash adjustment between worm and worm gear.
Worm is shifted longitudinally for the highest indexing accuracy of the work table.
Full circle hydraulic locking system provides the highest side clamping forces.

Our History

1968	Mr Wei Wu-Hsuing, established Jing-Yong-Taiwan Iron Factory as a machining firm of large Lathe with registered capital of NTD 30.000.
1974	Imported Japanese made precision Boring Machine( KULAKI,YAMAZAKI ) added into production for machining process, With register capital of NTD 1,000,000.
1984	Imported Japanese made CNC Horizontal Machining Center ( MITSUI, OKK and TOSHIBA) added into production for machining process. HSIE-WEI was established as a precision machining firm of milling head. With registered capital of NTD 4,000,000.
1992	Imported new facilities from USA, Switzerland and Japan, as a machining firm for the CNC machining center and CNC rotary table. With registered capital of NTD 6,000,000
1993	The company altered name as TANCHING ,With registered capital of NTD 12,000,000.Imported new facilities from USA, Germany, Switzerland and Japan, asa manufacturer of CNC Rotary Table.
1994	Take out a patent for the new invention of Dual Lead. Latter patent No. 098511.
1995	The brand names of TASHING and RTT have been used worldwide, we are active in joining international machine tools exhibition.
1996	TANSHING imported KASHIFIFUJI Precision Worm Gear Hobbing Machine from Japan ,and moved into newly factory building. New development of 5TH Axis CNC Rotary Table has been acclaimed by domestic and overseas users.
1997	TAHSHING has been highly recognized and well-known worldwide. We will participate international exhibitions-Taipei show ( TIMTOS,97 ) in MArch, China-Beijing show ( CIMT,97 ) in April , and Europe Machine show ( EMO,97 ) in September, We also imported Japanese smitomo CNC MULTI-FACE grinder.
